Sometimes life can feel all uphill, a real struggle and it is hard to keep going.
When this happens, our usual coping strategies can let us down, and life becomes harder, sometimes unbearable. This may be because of current events, relationships or even past situations which still affect you; often there is no clear cause, you just don’t want to feel like you do.
