I am Johanna, an integrative therapist working in the heart of Twickenham, West London.

Here I have a safe and relaxing environment for clients to explore whatever issues they may have. I also provide counselling online, allowing me to work with people in the rest of the country.

I see therapy as essentially an exploration of you and your world, which we will undertake together and I can offer you curiosity, compassion, and a gentle challenge. Everyone I have worked with has been unique and so is the work you and I will do together. There is no one size fits all in therapy.

So much of what Shakespeare wrote continues to resonate and it is true that talking is a part of how we heal. What is left unsaid and unexplored still has the power to hurt us.
