Noor is qualified in both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and is an accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
Noor’s work is grounded in evidence-based practices and focuses on the relationship between thoughts and behaviour. She puts her client at the centre of the therapeutic process and helps them deal with deal with problematic beliefs, whilst facilitating their problem solving abilities.

Noor is highly skilled in working with anxiety, depression, and many other mental health issues. She tailors her approach to each client’s individual perspective understanding that we all have our own story and that our healing journey is unique to us.
