Tony
Tony is an Integrative-Relational counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Being integratively trained he draws on a wide mixture of theory and practice and is committed to helping his clients explore their potential for personal change.
‘Maybe you’re thinking and feeling things you don’t want to think or feel. Or maybe feeling nothing at all. Perhaps things keep going wrong; or perhaps nothing changes. It could be you feel you can’t cope. Or something has just come and hit you for six.’
Tony works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. His areas of special interest are neurodiversity (Adult ADHD, ASD etc), personality disorders, and substance misuse and recovery.
Tony strongly believes in the role of community in maintaining wellbeing and gives his time to several different initiatives with this in mind including Kingston Rise (Recovery initiative Social Enterprise) and the Square 1 Café in New Malden. He also contributed to Thrive Kingston A Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for the people of Kingston by the people of Kingston 2017 to 2021
